Direct contact without appointment

Start a session with us whenever it suits you. We’ll respond as quickly as possible, and you can reply when it’s convenient for you. No long waiting times for an appointment!

Online and offline care

We’re happy to help you online through the app. But if a physical consultation is needed, we’ll arrange an appointment at one of our partner practices near you.

Safety comes first

Your data is safe. All information is securely stored on Dutch servers, and we only work with fully NEN- and ISO-certified partners.

Symptomchecker

Answer a few questions with our built-in symptom checker and receive a report within minutes. If needed, discuss it directly with a doctor via the app.

  • Cory.Care’s general practitioner services are included in your health insurance basic package.

  • We are constantly working to improve our approach and welcome your feedback.

  • We develop the Cory.Care app in-house and also welcome your feedback to make it even better.

  • All our doctors and practice nurses are fully trained and registered healthcare providers.

  • Your data is protected according to all established standards and regulations and will never be shared without your consent.

  • In urgent cases or when necessary, we connect you with one of our partner GPs on-site.

If you want to look up more information about health and illness, you can visit Thuisarts.nl, a reliable source created by general practitioners.

Can I also visit somewhere in person?

If you need a physical consultation, you can visit one of our affiliated general practitioner partners. This will only happen after we have spoken with you online. We are in direct contact with our partners to ensure you are helped as quickly and thoroughly as possible. Afterwards, you can find everything in the app and continue digitally.

Getting started with Cory.Care

Create an account

You will receive an email to verify your account. Check your spam folder if you have not received it within 5 minutes.

Start a new session

You start a new session for each complaint. You can leave this open as long as your complaint is still bothering you. This way you can send an update or a question at any time or we can follow up with you to see how things are going.

Share your complaint

Share your complaint if something is bothering you. Our assistant will request all further information and then connect you to the GP who will handle your complaint.

Update us whenever it suits you

Does your complaint bother you at night, or do you suddenly remember something? You can also simply send a message or a photo. We will help you with it as soon as possible.
