The Cory.Care GP is an hybrid general practice for people who are used to working digitally and also want this with their care. We mainly focus on people who cannot register with a general practice in their own area or whose general practice is too far away. Since we focus on people who really prefer digital care, we will really try to address your concerns via our Cory.Care app. If a physical consultation is necessary, we will organize a visit to one of our partners in your region or city.

Cory.Care was set up for Cory Technology. We are a medical institution founded in 2016 by an orthopedic surgeon. Our mission is to give everyone in the Netherlands control over their own health. We take a personal approach and use technology in a smart way.

We all notice it. There is a shortage of general practitioners, people can no longer register with a general practitioner in their own area and there are long waiting lists to receive certain care. Together we have to approach things differently to solve these types of problems. We believe that Cory.Care is a piece of the big puzzle to contribute to better care through collaboration. Cory.Care offers people without a GP the care they are entitled to and offers a different view on digitalization. We want to offer something to people who want to work differently in healthcare. Both for the patient and for the healthcare provider.

Registering with Cory.Care is very easy and can be done in a few minutes. Go to the registration page on our website and complete the registration form completely. We will then process your registration and send you a confirmation. Download the Cory.Care App immediately from one of the app stores and you can immediately get in touch with one of our healthcare providers.

Cory.Care is intended for anyone who is used to working digitally in other parts of their life. Whether it is booking a taxi via Uber, a holiday via Booking.com or buying a gift via Bol.com, all these apps make life a lot easier. We have developed our consumer platform Cory.Care to also offer this experience within healthcare. Of course, anyone who wants to can register with us, we do not exclude anyone. But we are digital first.

Cory.Care general practice is a general practice like no other, so with us you also receive insured primary care.

Cory.Care hybrid general practice is digital first. This means that we always first check whether we can solve the problem digitally via chat, video or voice. If a physical check is necessary, we will organize this for you at a GP in your area of residence. On our website you can find an overview of the Cory.Care partner practices.

You can get in touch with us in various ways. We have a chat on our website where you can ask questions and we also have a contact form. If you are already registered with Cory.Care, you can ask all your questions via our app.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to get a CBR inspection from us. The reason is that we want to protect the relationship of trust. We advise you to use Google to find a doctor in your region who can perform the examination. We can help you find the right medical examiner. Contact us via the Cory.Care app.

Start a new session with us via the Cory.Care app and let us know that you have moved or are going to move or send us an email at huisartsenpraktijk@cory.care. We will then adjust your address for you.

No, Cory.Care does not provide support for participation in ICON studies.

Yes, in consultation with our medical team, (medical) documents can be added to your medical record. However, they must be in Dutch or English, or translated into one of these languages if originally written in another language. You are responsible for organizing the translations.

As a general practice, we do not provide doctor’s notes for work or school. If you need a note for your employer or school, please contact the occupational health service (ARBO) or company doctor associated with your employer. Only the company doctor is authorized to assess your fitness for work.
