Klachtenregeling
Not satisfied? Talk to us about it first
In our practice we believe it is important to help you as best as possible. If you are not satisfied or if you think something could be improved, please let us know. You can do that in the following way:
Send an email with the subject "Complaint" to GP practice@cory.care. Do not forget to include your name and telephone number.
If you report it to us, we will try to solve your problem or complaint together.
If you cannot reach an agreement with us: submit a complaint to skge
The complaints officer is independent and impartial and can work with you to find a solution, such as mediating between you and your GP or acting GP. The complaints officer does not take sides and therefore has no judgment. Would you like help from a complaints officer? Then complete the complaints form on the skge website.
Would you rather send your complaint by post? Then it is important that you provide a clear description of when and where the event took place, about whom you have a complaint and why you are not satisfied. Do not forget to include your name, address, place of residence and telephone number. You can send your complaint to:
Skge, PO Box 8018, 5601 KA Eindhoven
Dispute resolution body
If you really cannot resolve the matter with the help of the complaints officer, you can request a ruling on your complaint from the GP care dispute body. This independent committee consists of a chairman (a (former) judge), members on behalf of the patients and members on behalf of general practitioners. The committee is assisted by an official secretary (lawyer). The decision of the dispute resolution body is binding.
More information can be found in the waiting room brochure (view online here) or at www.skge.nl.
