5 reasons to choose an online/digital first GP

In recent times it has been frequently in the news that large groups of people in the Netherlands cannot register with a general practitioner. Vektis even indicates that there are hundreds of thousands of people who have health insurance, but no regular GP. The government and healthcare institutions are working on various ideas to provide a solution to this ever-growing problem, but not every solution is always easy to implement. This means that we have to think more out-of-the-box and be open to innovative and innovative services and products.

One of the reasons why shortages are emerging has to do with an evolving patient. People are used to immediate support from sectors other than healthcare, which is called instant gratification. The patient is increasingly turning into a healthcare consumer. She is used to being able to communicate quickly and to be helped immediately.
